Dr. Richard Humes, PsyD
Since 2007, Dr. Richard Humes III has been helping adults and children with a range of difficulties as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP), independent contractor, and/or Licensed Psychologist. He specializes in helping adolescents manage problematic behaviors and treating adults and adolescents with acute or chronic mental health issues. Utilizing interventions integrating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brief Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, Dr. Humes has aided patients in learning effective coping techniques to manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors they experienced that negatively impacted their lives.
Tasheba Davis, LMFT
Tasheba is a licensed marriage and family therapist, published author and personal development and training specialist. She has worked in acute behavioral health hospitals, non-profit organizations and established her private practice a few years ago. Tasheba’s heart for dance has inspired her to do monthly dance classes to empower women. Her passion is to help others to overcome the hurt of the past, understand their self-worth and live out their God given purpose.

Donald E. Stepro, LMFT
Donald has been a practicing Therapist for almost 12 years. He has a Master of Science degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy from UOPX. Donald specializes in Anxiety, Depression, and Marriage Counseling. He is married with three children and two adult step-children.

Lance Doss is a seasoned mental health and substance abuse professional with over a decade of hands-on experience supporting individuals through emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. He holds dual master’s degrees—one in Psychology and another in Clinical Mental Health Counseling—and has worked extensively with clients of all ages, including a strong focus on adolescents navigating critical developmental stages.
Known for his compassionate and results-driven approach, Lance specializes in Reality Therapy and solution-focused techniques that empower clients to face obstacles directly and build practical, lasting change. His work is grounded in empathy, clinical insight, and a deep commitment to helping people reclaim control over their lives and mental well-being.
Shad Scott, MS, CMHC, LCPC Mental Health Counselor
Shad Scott has worked in behavioral health since 2002, supporting children and families in crisis settings before becoming a licensed therapist in 2014. He began his clinical career at Cirque Lodge, an inpatient facility in Orem, Utah, and has since provided care to children, adolescents, parents, and adults across a variety of settings.
Shad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Utah University and earned his Master’s in Mental Health Counseling in 2014. He is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), serving clients in both Nevada and Utah.
His integrative approach combines Behavioral and Attachment Therapy with Existential Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and biofeedback training. Shad specializes in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, impulse control issues, and existential distress. He is known for his direct, action-oriented style and for equipping clients with the tools needed for long-term change and self-sufficiency.
He currently offers both telehealth and in-person services. Outside of his clinical work, Shad enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
Corey Kilhoffer, LCPC Mental Health Counselor
Corey Kilhoffer has resided in Las Vegas since 2021. She welcomes clients from all backgrounds but has experience assisting clients in navigating religious trauma, grief, gender, sexual orientation, and relationship concerns. Corey has a history of working compassionately with clients to address anxiety, depression, self-harm, anger management, aggressive behaviors, PTSD, and boundary-setting.
After graduating with a music degree in 2014, Corey graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2018. While in grad school, she received a research grant to record survivors’ experience of conversion therapy (“reorientation therapy”), and her research has been presented at 2 conferences. From 2018-2021, Corey administered neuropsychological testing batteries for IQ, learning disorders, memory concerns, Autism, and academic performance under two psychologists in her home state of Oklahoma. She shifted to providing therapy as a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern in 2021.
Corey has experience treating children, parents, and families in the foster care system, both in an office setting and at Child Haven emergency shelter, assisting families in navigating relationship shifts and losses. She also works with children, adults, couples, and families (outside of the foster care system) at an outpatient level. Her approach tailors treatment to the individual by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy techniques, and a solutions-focused approach to address concerns head-on. Corey utilizes exposure therapy for PTSD and anxiety. She became fully licensed in May 2024. As a therapist, Corey emphasizes taking care of the whole person…body, mind, and spirit. In her free time, Corey enjoys hiking, playing video games, and reading non-fiction. As a semi-retired composer, she’s seen over 40 public performances of her work. She’s afraid of sky diving and is always trying out too many hobbies at one time.
